Maruti Suzuki Revealed its Concept XA Alpha at Autoexpo 2012

The Concept XA Alpha is Maruti Suzukis newest concept vehicle set to set the pace on and off road with its compact multi-purpose design.

At last, the day has arrived which we all have been waiting for. The 2012 Auto Expo begins today amidst a huge hullabaloo and we have a grand new from Maruti Suzuki India, India’s largest automobile manufacturing company. It pulls the wraps off the compact sport utility vehicle at 11th Auto Expo. The carmaker has finally done the honours to reveal the compact sport utility vehicle concept called XA Alpha, which will provide comfortable seating capacity for five passengers under three-door SUV and four meter in length at the moment.

The XA Alpha measures 1.6 meters tall, 4 meters in length and 1.9 meters wide and features 19 inch wheels; all of these are more likely to see a sea change once the company plans to send the sport utility vehicle for production. The domestic automobile manufacturer hasn’t revealed the engine specifications and price of this concept vehicle, but will be well within the limits of 1.5 liter diesel and 1.2 liter petrol powerplants. The production of Mercedes Benz CLK CTR started in 1997,25 cars were built for Gt1. The 6 L(6800) V12 engine engages 612 horsepower at 6500 rpm, and the top speed is 200 mph, (340 km/h).
The super car uses a six speed manual transmission and it can reach a speed of 60 mph in 3,8 seconds. Another variant of Mercedes Benz Clk Gtr was a 7,3 V12 similar with other super cars like Zonda or Ferrari.

Mercedes-Benz CLK GTR Roadster

Currently one of the most exclusive motorcars is being built in Affalterbach, Germany. Little known to the press, a motor sport firm is producing five CLK GTR Roadsters which are nearing completion. The car you see here is the first Roadster, chassis #0001, and it is ready for public sale.

The company behind the GTR Roadster is H.W.A. GmbH. They have a long history developing Mercedes-Benz race cars: Since 1967, HWA have been producing Mercedes-driven cars such as the CLK DTM touring cars and other one-of creations. HWA also have a large history with AMG. Together, HWA and AMG have been creating cars for FIA GT1 motor sport. HWA has been specifically responsible for the manufacture and design of these machines.

Back in 1999, DaimlerChrysler acquired AMG, renaming it to Mercedes AMG GmbH. In doing so, they effectively separated HWA from AMG developments. This left the 170-employee firm with independence over its products. Such freedom has let the company produce the stunning CLK GTR Roadster.

In November of 1998 the very first road-going CLK GTRs were completed. These cars were part of a limited series necessary to homologate the GT1 racecar. GTRs competed in every round of the 1997 FIA GT Championship against the Porsche GT1, BMWLMR and McLaren F1. That season Mercedes dominated, bringing the championship to Mercedes and HWA.

The technology used to beat McLaren on the track is currently bred into the new CLK GTR Roadster. The basis of our roadster is a race-proven, carbon fibre monocoque. Protection for the occupants is provided by an integrated steel roll cage with rigid crash-impact boxes.

A familiar six-liter, Mercedes V12 is the center piece of the roadster. AMG have refined this engine to include an increase in capacity from 6.0 to 6.9 liters. Other key features include an entirely new intake system and revised exhaust headers. The complete system allows the GTR to lash out 610 horsepower to it's rear wheels.

A six-speed transmission is fitted to the power plant. Gear changes are made sequentially by two paddles behind the steering wheel.

Behind the GTR Roadster is a wealth of experience attained through motors port practice. Each CLK GTR reflects the successful heritage which includes the 1997 FIA championship. Only five cars will be produced by HWA, the same company which developed and raced the 1997 GTR. With such expertise and exclusivity we can boldly claim the CLK GTR Roadster is one of the greatest modern-day supercars ever offered.

Mercedes Benz unveiled its all-new E-Class Sedan at last week’s Detroit Auto Show.

Mercedes Benz releases new images of the sevlte saloon.The AMG sports package gives the new E-Class a similar look to the 525hp E63 due later in the year.
The new sedan will come with wide range both petrol and diesel engines with improved fuel economy.
The new styling AMG sports package consist of large cooling intakes with AMG front apron, coustom rear bumpers and new side skirts. It has unique exhaust tailpipe. It has 18in AMG light alloy wheel painted with sterling silver with a high-sheen finish and are shod with 245mm tires.
Three new 4-cylinder diesel engines, the 200, 220 and 250 CDI, come with an average mileage of only 5.3 liters per 100 km and all are EU5 compliant. The new E 350 BlueTEC, a six-cylinder diesel engine set to make it into the E-Class this fall, already meets EU6 emissions standards that are to come into effect in 2014.
Inside, the AMG package includes new sport bucket seats finished in a special microfiber man-made leather. This same material is used for the door armrests and part of the center console. Other features include AMG floor mats, a pedal cluster in brushed stainless steel with rubber studs, black roof lining and Nappa trim for the gear-shifter. The AMG sports package also includes a manual "M" transmission mode designed for the automatic gear box.
The actual AMG model, bearing the potent ‘E63’ badge, is due to be released later in the year. This car will feature a 525hp version of the hand-built 6.2L AMG V8 engine

Mecedes Benz launches new truck Nevigaition System available on the Atego, Axor and Actros models.Maps of 26 European countries are provided in this system, with 15 different European languages for voice instruction.It consist of all specification of a commercial vehicle like weight restrictions, special routes with in town, etc. It provides other additional information to driver in unfamiliar surroundings. The dynamic route guidance courtesy of TMC (the Traffic Message Channel) enables traffic jams and problems to be bypassed, thereby potentially saving time.It has 6.5" LCD moniter.
